What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting to contract closing.
- Execute high-volume outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage key stakeholders.
- Lead discovery and demo meetings to identify client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through diligent CRM tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth client handoffs.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue and activity targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role.
- Proven success in outbound sales and cold calling.
- Experience engaging with mid- to senior-level decision-makers.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Strong ability to independently research and map target accounts.
- Proficiency with modern sales tools and CRM platforms.
