What you will do

• Lead an international team of engineers to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions for top-tier industry clients.
• Define the technical direction for complex projects, ensuring the quality of the architecture and technology used.
• Manage project lifecycles from initiation to completion, including planning, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into core products.
• Provide technical strategy and industry insights to clients.
• Foster transparent communication with stakeholders, team members, and senior management.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in AI, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience and 2+ years of successful engineering team management.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with data science, Generative AI, or deep learning in a non-academic environment.
• Proven experience designing and deploying ML systems, including RAG and Agentic AI, in cloud production environments.
• Excellent command of Python, Docker, and Git.
• Perfect command of Spanish and English.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. with 5+ years of industry experience.
• Experience with deep learning model compression and inference optimization engines (e.g., TensorRT, vLLM).
• Experience in the evaluation of Generative AI systems using real-world data.
