What you will do

• Lead a team of 13 engineers focused on automated AI training and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Own user-facing tools for moderators to define and automatically enforce community rules.
• Develop the centralized platform for training AI models and investigating suspicious activity at scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and ML teams to execute an AI-first platform strategy.
• Scale the platform to support a 10x surge in traffic while slashing incident response times.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing and scaling engineering teams of 10+ ICs.
• Deep technical competence in full-stack engineering and large-scale distributed systems architecture.
• Ability to define strategic roadmaps and deliver results with a business-centric focus.
• Experience coaching engineers and fostering a healthy, high-autonomy team culture.
• Familiarity with AI/ML engineering, specifically serving, prompt engineering, or LLM production.
• Must be located within the United States.
