What you will do

  • Update case management systems with file allocations, court dates, directions, and general activity for progress tracking.
  • Draft routine court documents, including AOS, Notice of Change, Court Orders, and Witness Summons.
  • Liaise with courts, counsel, opponents, experts, and brokers to progress active cases.
  • Manage payment requests and follow up on outstanding instructions to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Undertake minor investigations on liability and quantum to provide essential information to file handlers.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as drafting write-off forms, billing queries, and file closure activities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Bristol, UK to support a hybrid work model.
  • GCSE grade A-C in Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Experience using Claims or Case Management systems and alpha-numerical filing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with third parties and customers.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize a workload independently using own initiative.
