What you will do

  • Partner with business owners to define the long-term vision and priorities for the CRM ecosystem.
  • Optimize user workflows and capabilities based on key metrics and user feedback.
  • Design scalable technical solutions and develop detailed user stories with measurable success criteria.
  • Create and execute short- and long-term product roadmaps to maximize business value.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, designers, and analytics partners to ensure timely delivery of features.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 8+ years of product management experience in technology, SaaS, or tech-enabled services.
  • Proven track record managing Salesforce products, specifically Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into high-quality technical specifications and architectural diagrams.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Analytics and Tableau for data-informed decision making.
  • Experience leading end-to-end solutions specifically for Sales and Revenue Operations teams.
