What you will do

• Own the physician offering roadmap with clear outcomes tied to adoption, activation, retention, and revenue impact.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog for physician-facing features, including PLG experiments and onboarding flows.
• Lead discovery with physicians and internal stakeholders to identify friction and validate opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to ship valuable product increments at the right cadence.
• Define success metrics and monitor product health through in-app metrics and funnel analytics.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, improve decision quality, and enhance the physician experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, B2C, B2B2C, marketplace, or healthtech.
• Proven track record of impacting activation, adoption, retention, and self-serve growth.
• Strong Product-Led Growth (PLG) experience, including experimentation and funnel optimization.
• Proven ability to use AI tools for product discovery, prototyping, and workflow automation.
• Ability to interpret complex product data and turn insights into roadmap decisions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments with Engineering and Design.

Nice to have

• Experience with physicians, clinics, medical billing, scheduling, or healthcare operations.
• Experience defining AI/ML-powered product capabilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
