Principal Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own measurement and reporting of product performance through a comprehensive KPI tree including adoption, conversion, and unit economics.
• Drive end-to-end workflows and UX for providers and patients, analyzing funnel drop-offs and approval rates.
• Lead Product, Design, and Product Ops teams to ensure high-velocity, outcomes-focused delivery.
• Establish and manage a rigorous experimentation program involving A/B tests, pricing, and terms testing.
• Translate high-level strategy into prioritized roadmaps and technical tickets, leveraging AI for efficiency.
• Build and maintain a design system and research cadence to ensure high-polish, research-backed user experiences.

Requirements

• 5-10 years in product leadership, with 3-5 years leading teams in fintech, payments, lending, or healthcare technology.
• Proven track record of scaling products to $200M+ GMV or $50M+ ARR.
• Deep expertise in funnel optimization, experiment design, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools such as Looker, BigQuery, and Heap.
• Demonstrated ability to build design systems and drive user research cadences.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, LaunchDarkly, or Optimizely.
• Familiarity with KYC/KYB vendors and EMR/RCM integrations.
• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
