What you will do

• Develop and execute the short-term and long-term analytics and reporting strategy for FP&A.
• Lead the FP&A AI team (AIM), gathering use cases and implementing AI solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with Investment and Insurance Finance to mine data and create actionable business insights.
• Establish governance, documentation, and internal controls for all analytic models and deliverables.
• Drive standardization of KPI definitions, templates, and data sources across business units.
• Manage and coach high-performing analysts while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of professional work experience with a track record of increasing responsibility.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analytics and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data presentation tools.
• Proven executive presence and experience coordinating management meetings.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data sets into strategic stories.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile practices and methodologies using tools like Jira.
• Knowledge of advanced analytic models (regression, time series, classification, probabilistic).
• Proficiency in advanced BI tools such as Python, Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx.
• Background in Data Science or experience implementing AI for finance.
