What you will do

  • Create and execute outbound prospecting strategies including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Engage and qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and business challenges.
  • Set up product demos and meetings for Account Executives to advance the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline health within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and target segments.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the EST time zone to support the North American market.
  • 1–3 years of business development or sales experience in Life Sciences or Consumer Health.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to provide tailored solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
