TL;DR

Location: Hybrid - Must be based in Atlanta, GA (1 day a week in office)

What you will do
- Generate pipeline through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads to achieve monthly quotas for new qualified opportunities.
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain high activity volume of 40-50 calls and emails per day.
- Manage the sales funnel systematically using Salesforce CRM and other sales tools.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide feedback on BDR role efficiency.
Requirements
- 6+ months experience in a Sales or Business Development role in SaaS sales
- Top-notch verbal and written communication skills for relationship building.
- Ability to research, identify, and qualify prospective leads.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach.io, MS Office, and LLM tools.
- Growth mindset and a coachable approach to feedback.
