TL;DR

Focus on leveraging AI-assisted workflows to identify high-quality prospects and optimizing outreach playbooks to improve conversion rates.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas (must work in-office three days per week)

What you will do

  • Identify and engage high-quality prospects using AI-powered tools and modern prospecting techniques.
  • Build personalized outreach campaigns across email, phone, social, and emerging channels.
  • Qualify prospects and set introductory meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and build a high-quality pipeline.
  • Optimize messaging, prompts, and prospecting playbooks to improve conversion rates.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, or AE in SaaS, technology, or IT sales.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms such as Outplay, Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini for research and personalization.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be based in Austin, Texas to support a hybrid in-office schedule.
