What you will do

  • Generate pipeline via cold calling and strategic email campaigns.
  • Identify customer needs and qualify leads using Salesforce.
  • Position the value of solution offerings to potential customers.
  • Schedule discovery calls and transition opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Research and track sales activities and leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share knowledge and improve outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong desire to start a career in sales with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Background in commercial construction BD, PM, or Financials.
  • Prior experience in phone cold calling.
  • Experience and comfort utilizing AI tools.
