What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product design vision for mobile and web platforms.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of senior product designers.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to enhance user loyalty and motivation.
• Own and maintain the design system across iOS, Android, and web.
• Partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to translate insights into design strategies.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into design workflows to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 5+ years of experience leading product design teams in mobile-first or consumer-facing products.
• Deep expertise in gamification, engagement design, and user motivation principles.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Strong background in entertainment, gaming, or loyalty ecosystems.
• Proven experience scaling design teams and design systems in fast-paced environments.
