What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery, balancing user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research, map user journeys, and design seamless flows across the platform.
• Create pixel-perfect interfaces aligned with hirify.global’s brand identity and modern design trends.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems and validate ideas through prototyping.
• Contribute to and evolve the company design system to enable rapid iterations.
• Facilitate design workshops and champion a user-centered culture across the company.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Design with deep expertise in both UX and UI.
• Must be based anywhere in Europe.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work from research to shipped products.
• Experience working in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or CRM environments.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern collaboration platforms.
• Fluent English proficiency for working in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in influencer marketing or martech.
• Experience leveraging AI to accelerate research and prototyping.
