What you will do

• Lead early-stage discovery and experience definition by synthesizing customer insights and product data.
• Use AI-assisted design tools to analyze, reframe, and prototype improvements for complex or legacy product flows.
• Translate research findings into clear interaction models, wireframes, and validated design solutions.
• Articulate design decisions and value clearly to Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Lead collaborative sessions, including workshops and design sprints.
• Coach team members on product design capabilities such as user testing and discovery planning.

Requirements

• Must live within commutable distance to Alpharetta, GA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Product Design, UX/UI, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted design tools for productivity and interface generation.
• Experience breaking down complex legacy systems into user-centered interactions.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in agile software environments.
