Product Designer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own and evolve PIERRE's Figma design system with semantic tokens, components, variables, states, and scoping.
• Translate Figma updates to React Native codebase using Cursor, prototype directly in code with AI tools.
• Design and ship end-to-end product features at screen and flow levels.
• Contribute to generative widget system for natural language AI interactions.
• Use AI tools like Claude, Cursor, v0 for ideation, prototyping, asset generation, and code edits.
• Collaborate with engineering, brand, and illustration to ensure cohesive, distinctive visuals.

Requirements

• 2–4 years product design experience with shipped mobile portfolio
• Deep hands-on design systems experience: tokens, variables, scoping, component APIs, trade-offs
• Mastery of Figma: variables, modes, auto-layout, complex components, prototyping
• Daily fluency with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0) for design and prototyping
• Brazilian Portuguese fluency required + written communication, UX writing
• Full-time availability; sensibility for editorial design and digital products as cultural artifacts
