What you will do

• Design everyday food tracking, meal logging, and AI-driven habit-forming flows for B2C users.
• Lead end-to-end discovery by defining and executing research plans through interviews, usability tests, and A/B experiments.
• Deliver high-fidelity, polished mobile UI with a strong emphasis on visual craft and detail.
• Rapidly prototype multiple design directions using AI-powered tools like Lovable and Replit.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to validate feasibility and ensure the final build matches design intent.
• Present design rationales and contribute strategic points of view during bi-weekly Product Reviews with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience designing core flows for high-traffic B2C mobile products.
• Deep expertise in mobile-first design, focusing on ergonomics and behavioral psychology.
• Proven ability to autonomously run user discovery and translate signals into design decisions.
• Strong visual craft and a high bar for UI quality.
• Fluency with AI design tools such as Lovable, Replit, Framer, or Dovetail.
• Must be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal, or the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience in health, fitness, or habit-driven consumer products.
• Experience designing product features that incorporate AI (recommendations, insights, automation).
• Familiarity with research tools like Maze or Dovetail.
