What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of artists, providing day-to-day operational support.
• Coordinate artist crewing and scheduling in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Partner with production and creative supervisors to understand project requirements and milestones.
• Facilitate annual performance reviews and support artist career development initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR to resolve personnel issues and define hiring requirements.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and proactively plan for capacity changes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
• Previous experience in scheduling, production coordination, or HR administration within the VFX or creative industry.
• Proven people management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive queries with discretion.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a fast-paced, diverse workload.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on building supportive working relationships.
