What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle using Workable software.
• Create and distribute job advertisements across social media and physical channels.
• Conduct phone screenings, process applications, and manage candidate assessments.
• Build and maintain a robust pool of suitable candidates for various roles.
• Verify Right to Work documentation and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Organize and attend recruitment fairs, representing the company at stands both in-person and online.

Requirements

• Proven background and experience in recruitment, including specialized and high-volume hiring.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Liverpool, UK.
• Ability to travel for recruitment events, ideally with own transport.
• Strong communication skills for face-to-face, phone, and written interactions.
• High level of organization with the ability to manage large volumes of work.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and social media platforms.
