What you will do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of global recruiters, managing workload distribution and performance metrics.
• Execute full-cycle recruitment for senior engineering, product, data, and commercial tech roles.
• Build deep pipelines of passive tech talent using advanced sourcing strategies and Boolean logic.
• Partner with senior technology stakeholders to map out workforce plans and talent requirements.
• Optimize Workday ATS workflows to ensure data integrity and reduce time-to-hire.
• Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the hiring process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, either in-house or agency.
• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, or supervising other recruiters.
• Hands-on experience using Workday ATS for pipeline management and reporting.
• Strong track record of hiring complex technical roles and deep understanding of the tech talent landscape.
• Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing tools.
