What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse functions and seniority levels.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interview processes, and candidate closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring strategies.
• Improve interview frameworks, scorecards, and assessment processes.
• Optimize recruitment infrastructure and maintain accurate hiring data in Ashby.
• Contribute to employer branding and workforce planning initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of in-house or agency Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently.
• Experience hiring across Tech and GTM in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS startups.
• Proficiency with Ashby ATS and modern recruitment tooling.
• Strong sourcing, talent mapping, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting and process improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling teams through Series A or B growth phases.
• Familiarity with Claude Cowork, Lovable, or Juicebox.
• Exposure to People-related projects beyond core TA.
