What you will do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse functions and seniority levels.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interview processes, and candidate closing.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring strategies.
- Improve interview frameworks, scorecards, and assessment processes.
- Optimize recruitment infrastructure and maintain accurate hiring data in Ashby.
- Contribute to employer branding and workforce planning initiatives.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of in-house or agency Talent Acquisition experience.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently.
- Experience hiring across Tech and GTM in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS startups.
- Proficiency with Ashby ATS and modern recruitment tooling.
- Strong sourcing, talent mapping, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Data-driven approach to recruiting and process improvement.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling teams through Series A or B growth phases.
- Familiarity with Claude Cowork, Lovable, or Juicebox.
- Exposure to People-related projects beyond core TA.
