Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days per week in Old Street office)

A fast-growing international digital healthcare company building a preventive healthcare ecosystem across men's health, fertility, and skincare.
What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders to shape culture and organizational capability.
- Lead performance, remuneration cycles, and engagement programs with consistency and impact.
- Provide expert guidance on complex people matters, including disputes and compliance.
- Utilize metrics and data to inform decision-making and iterate on people systems.
- Support leadership development, driving accountability and fair performance standards.
- Anticipate business shifts to proactively shape workforce planning and strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a strategic HR Manager or People Business Partner role in tech, high-growth, or consulting environments.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance.
- Experience leading initiatives across the employee lifecycle and managing people metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with and coach leaders across multiple functions.
- Excellent project management skills with a bias for execution and improvement.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with German or South African employment frameworks.
- Experience supporting fast-scaling teams.
