What you will do

• Partner with the Regional Director and leadership team to deliver the strategic people agenda.
• Lead and support HR teams across multiple regional sites to ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring consistency and smooth execution of processes.
• Manage complex employee relations, including navigating and operating within a unionized environment.
• Drive organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement to enhance employee experience and culture.
• Coordinate recruitment, workforce planning, and talent development strategies.

Requirements

• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR experience.
• Strong generalist HR background, ideally within manufacturing or a unionized setting.
• Proven experience operating at a senior or strategic level.
• Ability to confidently influence and work with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness, resilience, and a proactive approach to people management.
