What you will do

• Provide generalist HR support across employee relations, absence management, performance, and ED&I.
• Coach and empower people leaders to apply policies and best practices effectively.
• Contribute to the implementation of engagement strategies to enhance culture and employee experience.
• Manage employee relations cases to ensure timely and appropriate resolution.
• Identify and implement improvements to HR processes and organizational effectiveness.
• Maintain compliance with employment legislation and health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• CIPD qualification or equivalent demonstrable HR experience.
• Strong generalist HR background, ideally within a fast-paced or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and make sound, pragmatic decisions.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Proactive, organized approach to delivering high-quality HR support.
