What you will do

  • Partner with business leaders on team effectiveness, performance management, and daily people decisions.
  • Translate business goals into actionable strategies for hiring, engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Manage employee relations and performance conversations with sound judgment.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR leadership on headcount tracking and people data analysis.
  • Support talent initiatives including onboarding, career development, and learning programs.
  • Identify trends and risks using people data to recommend organizational improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role within a fast-moving environment.
  • Solid grounding in core HR areas including employee relations and performance management.
  • Ability to provide practical, business-aligned guidance rather than policy-driven answers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Clear communication skills and sound judgment when handling sensitive matters.
