What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop junior CRM executives to foster growth and performance excellence.
  • Manage end-to-end multi-channel CRM processes, including quality assurance and performance evaluation.
  • Implement and maintain automated lifecycle campaigns to reduce churn and maximize player value.
  • Plan and execute promotional calendars and CRM strategies aligned with budget requirements.
  • Analyze customer data to produce performance reports and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations, licensing requirements, and responsible gaming policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in CRM management within the online sportsbook or casino industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Expertise in executing CRM lifecycles and engagement initiatives.
  • Strong presentation abilities for stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and track key performance indicators to drive results.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working with hirify.global software.
  • Experience delivering CRM programs for North American markets.
