What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior CRM executives to foster growth and performance excellence.
- Manage end-to-end multi-channel CRM processes, including quality assurance and performance evaluation.
- Implement and maintain automated lifecycle campaigns to reduce churn and maximize player value.
- Plan and execute promotional calendars and CRM strategies aligned with budget requirements.
- Analyze customer data to produce performance reports and recommend actionable strategies.
- Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations, licensing requirements, and responsible gaming policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2β3 years of experience in CRM management within the online sportsbook or casino industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Expertise in executing CRM lifecycles and engagement initiatives.
- Strong presentation abilities for stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Ability to analyze data and track key performance indicators to drive results.
