What you will do
- Own and operate the customer reference and advocacy program, maintaining a library of airline customer proof points and testimonials.
- Recruit and nurture customer advocates across airline accounts to support expansion priorities.
- Activate advocates across speaking engagements, industry events, and peer-to-peer conversations.
- Embed customer proof points into ABM campaigns and sales enablement materials.
- Partner with PR to pitch success stories to airline industry media and trade publications.
- Track and measure the impact of customer marketing programs on the expansion pipeline.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer success, or a related B2B marketing function.
- Proven experience building and managing customer reference and advocacy programs in enterprise environments.
- Strong storytelling and writing capability for case studies and customer-facing content.
- Experience supporting ABM or named-account marketing programs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM reporting, and marketing automation platforms.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Sofia office (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Airline or travel technology industry experience.
- Experience with monday.com or similar project management tools.
