What you will do

• Define product range structure, propositions, pricing, and manage launches, reviews, and innovation pipeline with R&D.
• Develop communication plans, campaigns, sales tools, PR, social media, events, and thought leadership content.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence, PESTLE factors, consumer insights, and competitor activity.
• Support sales with insights for key accounts, category management, and distributor marketing plans.
• Monitor budget, market share, and participate in department activities like events.

Requirements

• Relevant marketing experience and university degree in Business/Marketing (CIM or MBA preferred).
• Metric-focused, data-driven with excellent copywriting, project management, and organization skills.
• Knowledge of direct response advertising (Google Ads, social media lead gen).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Up-to-date marketing knowledge; able to travel locally/internationally; interest in bakery ingredients/sourdough.
