TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving first meetings and creating new selling opportunities to accelerate new logo revenue with an accent on outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Focus on analyzing prospect pain points, executing multi-channel outbound campaigns, and developing messaging for technical buyers.
Location: Remote (US, CST or MST time zones)
Salary: $55K – $65K + $20K – $25K Bonus

What you will do
- Research and analyze prospect pain points, use cases, roles, and business objectives to tailor outreach.
- Identify and engage key personas using a multi-channel approach including cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and video.
- Build and execute personalized outbound campaigns to generate a net-new pipeline for the sales team.
- Qualify prospects via inbound and outbound campaigns to set meetings with senior decision-makers.
- Develop messaging that resonates specifically with both technical and business buyers.
- Maintain accurate prospect data within HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience as an SDR/BDR/Inside Sales in enterprise or Open Source software space.
- Must be based in the US (CST or MST time zones).
- Ability to break down complex and technical subjects for prospects.
- Hands-on experience with cold-calling, personalized LinkedIn messaging, and strategic campaign execution.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with NetBox, Network Engineering, and/or Network Automation use cases.
- Bachelor’s degree.
