TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Identifying, qualifying, and assessing sales opportunities for potential clients with an accent on outbound prospecting and value proposition articulation. Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario (required in-office presence 2 times per week)
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 plus commission

What you will do
- Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting.
- Articulate the company's value proposition via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
- Target specific verticals using tailored messaging to drive traffic to the website, conferences, and webinars.
- Conduct market research to stay current on prospects and the competitive landscape.
- Manage data and documentation processes within the CRM tool.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Toronto, Ontario for a hybrid schedule (2 days/week in office).
- Consultative approach and exceptional communication skills.
- Passion for sales, software, and technology that solves business problems.
- Ambitious mindset with a focus on exceeding performance results.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software is a significant plus.
