What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain the single source of financial truth across P&L, cash flow, balance sheets, and unit economics.
• Develop AI-powered tools and automation pipelines (using Claude and other data stack tools) to replace manual reporting.
• Re-engineer fragile or inefficient financial processes from identification to final implementation.
• Partner with business units to handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis through systemic improvements.
• Shift the organization toward continuous, driver-based planning and dynamic scenario analysis.
• Produce automated, investor-ready materials and clear recommendations for Board and leadership levels.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance within high-growth fintech, SaaS, or lending environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to build driver-based financial models for P&L, cash flow, and unit economics.
• Active integration of AI tools into daily professional workflows to automate tasks.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial systems (experience with NetSuite, Abacum, and Embat is a plus).
• Fluent in English (CV must be submitted in English).
