Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Location: Oviedo, Asturias, Spain; hybrid role

What you will do

• Coordinate weekly and monthly EMEA reporting for sales, gross profit, and RSA costs.
• Support forecasting and improve forecast accuracy through financial data analysis.
• Prepare monthly regional business reviews and identify performance drivers and actionable insights.
• Support annual budgeting, strategic planning, pricing strategy, and commercial performance initiatives.
• Develop financial and capital investment models for business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams on cost optimization, working capital, and business performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in an international environment.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business; an MBA is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, or similar tools.
• Proven experience in financial modeling and a collaborative, results-driven approach.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting commercial finance or pricing strategies.
• Experience with capital investment analysis and ROI evaluation.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with detailed financial analysis.
