What you will do
- Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts, primarily accounts receivable, for European subsidiaries.
- Prepare monthly journal entries and perform quarterly reconciliation processes.
- Handle audit requests and support SEC and ESG information management and reporting.
- Ensure accurate accounting for foreign-currency transactions and manage currency exposure.
- Collaborate with sales, commercial, finance, administration, legal, and external parties.
- Support process optimization and ad hoc finance projects in line with corporate policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or technical degree in accounting, administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting or administration experience.
- Intermediate Excel knowledge, plus experience with CapEx and OpEx control.
- Knowledge of Power BI and data analytics.
- Fluent Spanish and C1 English required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and customer-oriented skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of another EU language.
