FinOps Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Establish, monitor, and enforce business assurance frameworks across regional markets and operations.
• Design and execute transformation roadmaps for FX reconciliations, controls, and risk-monitoring mechanisms.
• Identify manual vulnerabilities and partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Finance to implement automated, scalable solutions.
• Lead root-cause analysis of operational differences, control deficiencies, and transactional anomalies.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with Finance, Treasury, Commercial, Product, Technology, and Compliance stakeholders.
• Build continuous monitoring mechanisms, metrics, dashboards, and assurance reviews for executive leadership.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in projects, QA testing, internal or external auditing, reconciliations, or multinational companies.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical ability, and experience working with large data volumes.
• Solid experience with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Practical experience using AI tools, LLMs, generative AI, machine learning frameworks, and prompt engineering for analysis and automation.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and work confidently across functions.
