What you will do

• Analyze and understand customer needs regarding HR software to design the best possible solution.
• Configure and customize HRIS software based on specific client requirements.
• Provide system configuration, trainings, workshops, advice, and support to clients.
• Collaborate with the Large Enterprises team to ensure successful software implementation projects.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong affinity for software and a belief in HR technology.
• Analytical mindset, logical thinking, and proactive approach.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup serving Belgian customers.
