Implementation Consultant (Dutch Speaking)

Location: Malaga, Spain; hybrid working arrangement

Annual base salary: €25,000–€40,000 depending on seniority, plus fringe benefits

What you will do

• Analyse Dutch-speaking Belgian customers’ needs regarding HR software, time registration, and planning.
• Translate customer requirements into suitable HRIS software solutions.
• Configure and customize the software according to client-specific requirements.
• Provide system configuration, training, workshops, advice, and support.
• Collaborate with colleagues on HRIS implementation projects and contribute to project success.

Requirements

• Affinity for software and a strong belief in HR technology.
• Analytical mindset, logical thinking, ownership, proactivity, flexibility, initiative, self-organization, and collaborative working style.
• Strong client communication skills and comfort communicating with stakeholders at different levels.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English.
• Passion for customer experience and the ability to balance customer needs with business priorities.

• Knowledge or experience in the HR domain.
