What you will do

• Support Industry teams and Business Impact Leads in translating client challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• Monitor platform usage across client accounts by module and user segment against agreed adoption goals.
• Investigate engagement drops and deviations, analyze root causes, and recommend concrete actions.
• Prepare monthly impact updates by synthesizing usage and value data for client stakeholders.
• Support client upskilling sessions by preparing demos, slide decks, activities, and follow-up actions.
• Document adoption milestones, ROI stories, and barriers to platform feature adoption.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn ambiguous information into structured insights.
• Strong written communication skills for concise materials aimed at senior audiences.
• Curiosity about AI and its real-world business value.
• Proactive, autonomous approach and high standards for the quality of work.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Exposure to consulting, strategy, or enterprise technology environments.
• Experience synthesizing research across unfamiliar domains quickly.
