Location: Hybrid; colleagues are expected to work from their local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Conduct research, gather data, run surveys, and carry out interviews to understand client challenges.
• Analyze problems, identify patterns, test hypotheses, and structure recommendations.
• Prepare client-ready presentations, analyses, workshops, and discussion materials.
• Work with project teams and clients across industries, capabilities, and cultures.
• Build consulting skills in communication, analytics, problem-solving, prioritization, and client management.
• Travel within the home market and internationally when required by projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required; applicants without one of these degrees are not eligible.
• Native or fluent Spanish and English required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Initiative, intuition, creativity, and evidence of an interesting and impactful life outside studies.
• Specific academic majors or prior industry experience are not required.
• Ability to work from the local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week.
