Intern

Location: Hybrid work; colleagues are expected to work in their local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Contribute to client projects through research, analysis, problem solving, and development of recommendations and deliverables.
• Work alongside experienced consultants on real business challenges from the start of the internship.
• Participate in team discussions and client interactions.
• Develop presentations, analytical outputs, and structured solutions for clients.
• Build consulting skills through coaching, mentorship, feedback, and formal training.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and expected to graduate within the next 1–2 years.
• Strong academic performance and intellectual curiosity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Native or fluent Portuguese and English language skills.
• Evidence of initiative, creativity, adaptability, leadership, teamwork, entrepreneurship, extracurricular involvement, or other meaningful achievements.
