What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR contact across all departments, providing individual support and conflict resolution.
• Provide strategic business partnership and coaching to managers in a global, fast-growing environment.
• Lead critical HR initiatives and projects, such as performance review cycles.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in recruiting, finance, and legal departments.
• Utilize HR data analytics to inform decision-making and implement actionable plans.
• Drive leadership development, performance management, and overall team health.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HRBP experience in fast-paced global tech organizations.
• Proven ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong expertise in employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• A thoughtful, data-informed approach to identifying and solving organizational challenges.
• High-level proficiency in English.
