What you will do

• Provide 3rd and 4th line operational support for core infrastructure services.
• Balance responsibilities between BAU support and strategic project delivery (approx. 50/50 split).
• Contribute to infrastructure improvement and automation initiatives.
• Support and manage cloud (AWS/Azure) and virtualized environments.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.
• Participate in an on-call rota (approx. 1 week in every 10 weeks) following probation.

Requirements

• Broad experience in infrastructure engineering within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong background in 3rd or 4th line support.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
• Proficiency in AWS and Azure.
• Experience with VMware, Windows Server, and Linux.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
