What you will do
- Own and drive end-to-end sales activities, including pipeline development and client acquisition.
- Lead consultative sales engagements to position data-driven solutions and research services.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and upsell opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets and sales KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, and operations teams to ensure project success.
- Leverage the full NIQ portfolio to deliver value-driven insights to clients.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong understanding of Japanese market dynamics and client expectations.
- Native or near-native Japanese proficiency required.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing complex deals.
- Ability to translate data and insights into business value propositions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in a client-facing environment.

- Experience selling data, insights, research, or analytics solutions.
- Existing network across FMCG or retail industries.
- Experience working in global or matrix organizations.
- Business-level English proficiency.
