What you will do

• Drive end-to-end execution of key integrations with partners and vendors in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Lead project tracking for Credit Bureau reporting and coordinate the integration of Collections autodialer and AI agent pipelines.
• Manage internal team meeting cadences, ensuring documented next steps, clear ownership, and strict deadline adherence.
• Partner with the Head of Consumer Lending to map timelines and proactively manage cross-functional deliverables.
• Build agentic tools to automate and optimize the management of internal initiatives.
• Execute high-impact strategic tracks including business case design and new product feature discovery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing multiple complex concurrent tech or operational projects in fast-paced environments.
• English: Elite written and verbal communication skills required.
• Experience in Fintech, lending products, credit risk, or global remittances is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage sophisticated external software vendors and bank partners.
• Strong capacity for structured business thinking and metric-driven results.
• Experience in product management or management consulting is a plus.
