What you will do
- Deliver onboarding, implementation, and workflow education for CDI solutions to ensure effective client adoption.
- Monitor adoption metrics and address support needs to achieve implementation milestones.
- Analyze client performance metrics and KPIs to identify gaps and optimization strategies.
- Serve as a clinical subject matter expert to refine product functionality and training content.
- Translate client feedback and clinical insights into actionable recommendations for the product roadmap.
- Partner with customer success teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN required).
- 5–7+ years of progressive CDI experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong background in clinical documentation improvement, medical coding, healthcare billing, and revenue cycle management.
- Experience in acute care settings, preferably in critical care or emergency departments.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% to client sites and headquarters.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field.
- Prior experience in CDI consulting.
