What you will do

• Deliver onboarding, implementation, and workflow education for CDI solutions to ensure effective client adoption.
• Monitor adoption metrics and address support needs to achieve implementation milestones.
• Analyze client performance metrics and KPIs to identify gaps and optimization strategies.
• Serve as a clinical subject matter expert to refine product functionality and training content.
• Translate client feedback and clinical insights into actionable recommendations for the product roadmap.
• Partner with customer success teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN required).
• 5–7+ years of progressive CDI experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong background in clinical documentation improvement, medical coding, healthcare billing, and revenue cycle management.
• Experience in acute care settings, preferably in critical care or emergency departments.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% to client sites and headquarters.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field.
• Prior experience in CDI consulting.
