What you will do
- Act as the primary domain expert for Revenue Cycle and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) for sales and partner success teams.
- Support client engagements and demos, emphasizing financial impact, coding optimization, and revenue integrity.
- Engage directly with senior healthcare executives (CFOs, CIOs) to communicate strategic value and ROI.
- Manage a structured feedback loop between customers and Product/Engineering teams to align solutions with market needs.
- Represent the company as a thought leader at conferences, industry panels, and webinars.
- Collaborate with the Product team to ensure alignment between customer requirements and the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Extensive background in Revenue Cycle operations and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI).
- Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting healthcare technologies targeting RCM or CDI solutions.
- Exceptional ability to articulate complex financial, clinical, and technical concepts to senior executives.
- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Must be based in the United States (compensation is market-based across U.S. geographic tiers).
Nice to have
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or MHA.
- Prior experience working with major healthcare systems, health-tech companies, or revenue cycle consultancies.
- Proven track record of influencing senior-level stakeholders in healthcare finance.
