What you will do

• Serve as a clinical resource for sales and partner success teams to demonstrate how nursing solutions enhance workflows and outcomes.
• Partner with commercial teams during demos and strategic engagements to provide clinical subject matter expertise to executives.
• Act as the primary voice of nursing to articulate clinical value and facilitate product adoption among prospective and current customers.
• Provide direct insights from customer interactions to product and engineering teams to prioritize clinical enhancements.
• Represent the company as a clinical thought leader at industry conferences, webinars, and events.
• Collaborate with the Product team to ensure alignment between customer needs and the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse, preferably with experience in acute care, critical care, or med-surg.
• Proven track record in healthcare technology roles such as Clinical Informatics, Enterprise Analytics, or Implementation.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical and technical concepts to stakeholders ranging from frontline clinicians to C-level executives.
• Experience influencing senior healthcare executives (CNOs, CNIOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CFOs).
• Ability to translate clinical requirements into technological solutions.
• Must be based in the United States to align with market-based compensation tiers and US-specific benefits.

Nice to have

• MSN or equivalent advanced nursing degree.
• Experience with clinical success, implementation leadership, or clinical analytics within major health systems or companies like Epic.
• Proven ability to lead teams or complex informatics initiatives.
