What you will do

• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritization, and roadmaps for enterprise platforms.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with clinical and business stakeholders to optimize revenue and billing workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and SQA to deliver scalable, automation-driven solutions.
• Manage release planning, defect triage, and continuous product improvement based on stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Health Informatics.
• 5+ years of experience in technical product management within healthcare or software integration.
• Strong experience with Salesforce ecosystems, billing platforms, and order-to-cash processes.
• Hands-on expertise in medical coding automation leveraging agentic AI.
• Technical proficiency in APIs, data modeling, and cloud services (AWS, GCP).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Exposure to intelligent document processing or revenue analytics solutions.
• Experience with machine learning for revenue forecasting and billing accuracy.
