What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for net-new enterprise accounts from prospecting and stakeholder mapping to closing.
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with customers' ESG, cost, and operational priorities.
- Partner with the Head of Commercial to execute GTM strategy and provide market feedback.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and deployment teams to design feasible solutions for potential customers.
- Manage the transition of newly signed accounts to the Key Accounts team for long-term growth.
- Represent the company at industry events to advocate for the transition to sustainable freight.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise/mid-market sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven success closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals with large enterprise companies.
- Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain, or sustainability-related technology.
- Expertise in value-based/solution selling and building ROI cases.
- Ability to travel frequently to engage with customers and attend industry events.
- Must be based in the United States.
