Salary: €70,600 - €100,000 EUR

What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor for customers, driving the entire Customer Success lifecycle from onboarding to expansion.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines to transform and route telemetry data within customer organizations.
• Establish relationships with senior stakeholders to drive success plans and track KPIs for major enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to act as the voice of the customer.
• Mentor and coach team members within the Customer Experience organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in post-sales customer advocacy and engagement.
• Deep technical understanding of Observability, Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security.
• Proven experience managing data pipelines throughout the entire data lifecycle.
• Must reside in Germany.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Administrator or architect experience with Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, or Snowflake.
• Working knowledge of major cloud providers: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience using Customer Success Platforms like GainSight or PlanHat.
