What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic partners including hyperscalers, OEMs, and cybersecurity vendors to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Translate commercial strategy into partner-specific Go-To-Market (GTM) plans aligned with sector priorities.
- Execute co-sell motions and joint account planning in coordination with Sector Leads and Account Managers.
- Enable sales teams through partner briefings, solution narratives, and detailed playbooks.
- Establish and maintain a clear operating rhythm with partners via QBRs and pipeline reviews.
- Coordinate joint GTM initiatives, campaigns, and executive engagements with priority partners.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or sales within technology, cybersecurity, or complex B2B services.
- Proven track record of driving measurable revenue and pipeline growth through partner channels.
- Experience operating within matrixed, sales-led organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders across sales and delivery teams.
Nice to have
- Vendor or alliance certifications (e.g., Microsoft, OEMs).
