What you will do

• Define overall battery pack architecture, including electrical topology, mechanical concepts, busbar routing, and thermal architecture.
• Manage system requirements, design justification documents, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) within PLM tools.
• Integrate cells, BMS, thermal systems, and high-voltage components to guarantee system behavior under all operating conditions.
• Implement safety constraints and mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with international standards.
• Provide technical leadership, manage technical risks, and lead architecture and design reviews.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in battery system architecture, specifically owning system architecture on complete pack programs.
• Proven experience in greenfield programs (building a product from scratch).
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5/SolidWorks and MATLAB/Simulink.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards: ISO 26262 fundamentals, IEC 62619, UN 38.3, GB38031, and ECE R100.
• Experience with management tools such as DOORS, Polarion, Jama, and JIRA.

Nice to have

• Experience with EV OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or pack integrators.
